At World of Little Angels, we provide high-quality infant care, toddler care, preschool, and after-school programs designed to support busy families with dependable, extended-hour childcare. Our center serves children ages 0–12, offering a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive throughout every stage of development.
Our infant care program focuses on responsive caregiving, safe sleep practices, early language exposure, and individualized routines that support healthy development and strong caregiver bonds. Our toddler program encourages exploration, socialization, and early learning through developmentally appropriate activities that build independence and confidence.
Our preschool program emphasizes early education and kindergarten readiness through foundational reading, math, writing, and social-emotional skills, preparing children for a smooth transition into kindergarten. Practice worksheets and learning activities are sent home to encourage family engagement and reinforce classroom instruction.
For our after-school program, we offer homework assistance, mentoring, enrichment activities, dinner, and evening snacks, along with structured wind-down routines and a comfortable place for children to rest until families arrive. We also provide transportation from local schools, ensuring a seamless and reliable transition from the school day into our care.
World of Little Angels also offers summer camp programs that include hands-on learning, creative enrichment, social development, and fun seasonal activities—keeping children engaged, active, and learning year-round.

We are proud to be a highly sought-after childcare and preschool program where children are known, families are supported, and excellence is the standard.
Through structured routines, positive guidance, and intentional learning experiences, we invest in each child’s educational foundation, character development, and long-term success—from their very first steps to their future achievements.
TAC-Smart Enterprise, Inc. has proudly served families for nearly 20 years, and we understand that choosing a childcare provider is one of the most important decisions a family can make. We are committed to creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and inspired to grow. Our program blends the comfort of a “home-like” setting with consistent, structured school-day routines that support learning and development.
Age-appropriate education and positive socialization are at the core of everything we do. Children are engaged daily in hands-on learning experiences that promote early literacy, problem-solving, creativity, and emotional growth. We believe in partnering with families, providing resources and communication that reflect classroom goals so parents can stay connected to what their child is learning and how they are progressing. Together, we work to instill strong character, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
Our learning community is further enriched by nutritious, home-cooked meals prepared daily, including lunch and dinner, in accordance with state nutrition guidelines. We maintain a clean, organized, and healthy environment that supports children’s well-being and success. Our dedicated and experienced staff is passionate about shaping young hearts and minds, reminding each child every day how precious, capable, and unique they are.
Program oversight and daily operations are led by our Director, Tu’Rosca Allen, who provides supervision and leadership to both instructional and administrative staff. All Lead Teachers meet or exceed state requirements, holding a minimum of 6–12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, ensuring quality care and instruction across all age groups.
